Overview:
Responsible for leasing rental units, marketing properties, and ensuring units are move-in ready while maintaining positive tenant relations.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Leasing:
- Advertise and promote available properties.
- Respond to inquiries and showcase rental units.
- Process applications, lease renewals, and rent increases.
- Maintain reports on prospective tenants and market trends.
- Assist with rent collection and tenant referrals.
Property Management
- Schedule and oversee unit repairs and inspections.
- Ensure rental units are market-ready.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
- Support emergency property needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- At least one year of leasing experience.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- On-site living may be required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time (40+ hours per week).
- Salary + commission for quick lease turnovers.
- Annual performance and salary review.
- Two weeks paid vacation after one year.
