Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
Office Operations:
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that that the office runs effectively and efficiently and that staff have the tools they need to achieve goals
- Orders all office supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Ensures that all office procedures are documented and all documents on the server are current and accurately named and filed
- Serves as the liaison to building management
- Manages equipment and systems including postage machines, phones, copiers, printers, and audio-visual equipment
- Routes mail and other incoming communications
Accounting:
- Provide clerical support to the Accounting Department so that the financial records are accurate, complete, and timely
- Opens mail and prepares checks for deposit
- Processes requests for new vendor set-ups and credit applications
- Submits invoices for payment
- Assists in credit card vouching
Human Resources:
- Coordinate HR activities so that we can continue to attract and retain the best employees
- Coordinates the onboarding process for new hires
- Assists with the documentation of HR procedures and ensures that all documents are current and accurately filed
- Posts open positions and schedule interviews
Qualifications of the Office Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three to Five years of administrative experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Must possess the ability to work independently

$55,000-$65,000 + Excellent Benefits
