Welcome all residents and guests
Meet with potential tenants to present leasing options
Tour building and facilities
Prepare and maintain leasing documents
Answer incoming calls when needed

Assist Property Manager with the supervision and monitoring of leasing staff
Review all lease files prior to move-in
Assist Manager with renewal program
Conduct and supervise monthly market studies. Assist in checking the study for accuracy.
Process all tenant requests, such as: package pick-up, dry cleaning, maintenance, reservations, etc.
Manage appearance of lobby
