RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' HVAC needs, understanding their requirements, challenges, and goals.
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design custom HVAC solutions tailored to their specific needs and budget constraints.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals outlining recommended HVAC products, services, and implementation plans.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue generation.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the HVAC sector to provide informed recommendations to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in technical, sales, account management, or project management in the HVAC industry is a big plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering HVAC solutions on time and within budget is a great plus.
Certification or licensure in HVAC systems or related fields preferred, but not required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Proficiency in using service software, sales tools, and other relevant technology is preferred.
