As a Real Estate Agent, you'll manage a steady flow of pre-approved homebuyers, guiding them through the homebuying journey from search to closing—all from a central office location. With no cold calling, no open houses, and no driving to show homes, you'll focus on high-value tasks like negotiating contracts and closing deals while working alongside an experienced team.
Responsibilities of the Real Estate Agent:
- Manage 10+ active, pre-approved clients at different stages of the homebuying process.
- Conduct personalized home searches and match clients with properties that meet their needs.
- Work closely with home-showing assistants who handle in-person tours across various markets.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure the best deals for clients.
- Collaborate with mortgage bankers, underwriters, and transaction coordinators to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Respond quickly to incoming, high-quality leads—no cold calling or self-sourced clients required.
Qualifications of the Real Estate Agent:
- A driven, motivated mindset with strong communication skills.
- Interest in real estate and sales; real estate required
- Ability to work full-time, in-office at a central location.
