Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Assist the Foreman in managing project activities to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and project deadlines.
• Review and process project submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), project specifications, and monthly billing.
• Oversee pricing of work, order materials, and manage project lifecycle tasks efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety standards, and address any potential issues.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Uphold and support the company’s Mission, Vision, and core values, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills of the Project Manager:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial electrical work, with a focus on schools, medical facilities, and data centers.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with estimating and Bluebeam software is a plus, but not required.
