Responsibilities:
- Lead a team dedicated to efficient warehouse operations
- Supervise staff and optimize workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct monthly P&L reviews
- Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) processes
- Oversee Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations
- Maintain high standards through attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and adherence to safety regulations
- Foster a culture of innovation within the warehouse environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations
- Experience working with paper companies strongly preferred
- Experience using WMS & QMS Systems (3-5 years)
- Knowledge of ISO regulatory requirements and Hazmat procedures (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis
- Experience operating material handling equipment (powered and manual)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain an Operator’s License within 30 days of employment
