We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support Student Conferences and Competitions within Member Communities at our organization. This role involves coordinating competition materials, managing annual reports and committee applications, updating web content, processing reimbursements, and providing general administrative support. Job Duties:
- Assist the student conferences and competitions area of Member Communities with tasks such as:
- Creating competition submission folders and links in Cerberus,
- Creating competition certificates,
- Preparing materials for shipments
- Tracking and updating information in, and compiling information from, student symposia and competitions spreadsheets/documents.
- Manage member communities' annual reports and speakers' bureau
- Track committee applications and coordinate applications with division staff
- Assist managing director with research, compilations, visual aids, communications, scheduling, and filing
- Web Content and Woofoo Updates
- Sitecore and WordPress
- Processing reimbursements
Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience of providing general office administration support (ideally at a non-profit)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
