About the Role:
This role is responsible for managing all operational aspects of membership applications and handling member and customer inquiries. A strong focus is placed on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth application and renewal process. Additionally, this position leads the coordination of the Match program and serves as the second lead for membership renewals, reporting, and other department projects.
Responsibilities of the Membership Project Coordinator:
- Oversee the processing of membership applications, ensuring all necessary materials are submitted and approvals are completed on schedule.
- Work closely with section administrators to confirm members meet all compliance requirements.
- Assist in managing the membership renewal process, including billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate list requests and provide customer service related to data fulfillment and reporting.
- Support the Member & Customer Services Manager in assigning projects and providing operational feedback.
- Help manage workload distribution and priorities for team members, including responding to emails and calls as needed.
- Train and support team members on membership services processes.
- Track accounts receivable related to membership dues and collaborate with the finance team on reports and reconciliation.
- Coordinate the verification and upload of membership data from external sources.
- Serve as the primary lead on Match programs, overseeing timelines, contracts, communications, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Match program registrations, including assigning ID numbers, generating reports, and ensuring timely applicant notifications.
- Assist with data integrity efforts related to Match programs and audits.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate scheduling, contracts, and communications related to Match programs.
- Ensure compliance with PCI security requirements for handling credit card and personal data.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments on projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications of the Membership Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong experience managing databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3-4 years of experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities.
